    Over the course of their careers, Abacus' partners have completed hundreds of
    transactions and projects totaling over $5 billion. They have worked with large
    public corporations, private businesses, branches of government, and non-profits.
    Their industry experience and project expertise cover every major sector
    worldwide. Abacus consists of a network of professionals led by two partners.

    Robert Barnett, Managing Partner, has over 20 years of finance and strategy experience. He has
    helped found a boutique investment bank and manage two national-level strategy practices. Mr.
    Barnett has led strategy and corporate finance projects for middle market and Fortune 100 firms
    and advised on transactions totaling over $1 billion. In reorganization and restructuring, he has
    worked on Chapter 11 turnarounds representing over $5 billion, and served as a key member of
    interim senior management. Mr. Barnett has been a guest speaker at various conferences,
    symposiums and universities. Mr. Barnett earned his MBA with high distinction and as an Owen
    Scholar and Fellow from Vanderbilt University.

    Steven Ahn, Partner, works in both education and business consulting. He has over 20 years of
    finance and investment banking experience including senior positions at JP Morgan and
    International Paper. Mr. Ahn has worked and lived in five countries helping to complete over $30
    billion of corporate finance and M&A transactions. He authored Global Cash Management and is
    credited with developing several techniques in financial management and analysis. Mr. Ahn
    concurrently is an adjunct professor of finance at Emory University and a private consultant & tutor
    for students. He is also an editorial reviewer for financial publisher John Wiley & Co. and a
    contributor to Bloomberg.com, National Public Radio, the London Financial Times, FORTUNE, the
    Economist Intelligence Unit, and other media and academic entities. Mr. Ahn earned his MBA from
    the Wharton School, where he was Managing Editor of The Wharton Journal.
